Red Oak Therapy does not offer immediate, 24/7 crisis counseling services. Dr. Endres is only available during business hours. Although she tries to respond as soon as possible, it may sometimes take 1-2 business day to respond to all contacts.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency and need help immediately, you can call 911 for any immediate, life-threatening dangerous situation or medical emergency, or you can go to your nearest emergency room. You also may contact 988 for suicidal crisis counseling. Both of these services will connect you to local resources wherever you are.
It is also a good idea to consider reaching out to someone you know and trust, who can be present with you and help advocate for you if you do need to call 911 or 988.
